- Welcome to Kendra Thomas Yoga

Kendra Thomas is a New York City based yoga, meditation, and strength instructor with over a decade of teaching experience. Across modalities, her approach emphasizes intelligent alignment, functional movement, and mindful awareness, helping students build strength, move with greater clarity and intention, and cultivate a calm, focused mind. Her classes are designed to be both grounding and empowering, blending thoughtful challenge with moments of lightness and ease.
Kendra has contributed to the development of innovative class concepts across multiple studios. She developed a yoga program for NOVA, created Strength and Conditioning programming for The Well, and was one of two founding instructors behind the signature meditation and HIIT offering at Mind Body Project.
She currently teaches yoga at SUI, where she co-created and leads Sui Strength 360, and at Heatwise, where she leads sculpt teacher trainings. In addition to in-person classes and private sessions in NYC, Kendra consults with studios, guest teaches internationally, and leads retreats both domestically and abroad. Croatia will be her 10th retreat and she couldn't be more excited for another adventure.
